Once a member of the RSM family, always a member. We recently made the experience for our #RSMAlumni even better with the launch of our RSM Alumni Network platform! This platform is more than just a digital space; it's a vibrant community where our past and present colleagues can reconnect, share experiences and continue to grow forward together. I look forward to connecting with each of you. https://lnkd.in/gDSdDMNW#RSMAlumni #Inclusion #GrowForwardatRSM

From encouraging our people to bring their whole selves to work to upskilling managers, to using digital tools to enable #wellbeing and understanding the importance of our workplace culture, at RSM US LLP we know that nowadays, people want more than just a job. They want purpose and a place to grow. They want an employer who cares…about them as a person. I’m excited to have an article about these topics published in HRO Today. Check it out to learn how we at RSM US LLP are fostering an inclusive learning environment for our people:

I had the great pleasure of co-sponsoring and welcoming our 2024 FutureMakers class to our Owners Meeting! They joined our owners this week in Vegas to get immersed in our strategy and share their unique perspective with our leaders. Each FutureMaker is paired with an RSM owner to mentor and guide them not just during the meeting, but throughout the 18-month leadership development program. I’ve already learned so much from my menteeLauren Finchamand many other FutureMakers as I connected with these bright individuals over the last few days. I am beyond excited to see and experience the impact these 200 makers of our future will have on the ongoing success of our firm!Learn more about how RSM develops our people:https://rsm.us/3ySkK6U

Durable skills are increasingly important in today’s workplace. In fact, I recently had the pleasure of talking with @ShanaLebobitzGaynor about this. Check out her story to learn how we at RSM encourage our people to “lead from where they are” and how we empower them to develop both their technical and their durable skills so they can meaningfully engage with their work, peers, leaders, clients and communities:The skill superpower in the AI era? It's not technical. (guild.com)

Happy National HR Professionals Day. To all the many HR professionals I have worked with over the years: As I reflect on my personal career journey, I am thankful for the care, support, development, collaboration and overall professionalism I have received from people like you who are committed to the critical skill and craft of human resources and related talent fields. No other discipline impacts people and their career journey as the one you have chosen. To our incredible RSM team: Thank you for all you do! Your impact on the enterprise is invaluable and I appreciate your devotion to aligning your purpose to the overall talent experience.

To say the visit with my USI colleagues in India was amazing would be a hugeunderstatement. The level of excitement for our vision, strategy and where we are going as a global firm with our USI teammates playing a critical role in our enterprise success is contagious and impactful. Thanks to everyone involved for making the visit a tremendous, collaborative success with the sharing of thoughts, ideas, perspectives and yes, lots of laughs! Special thanks to Zeenat Saba Khan for bringing it all together like a wizard of poetry. And many thanks to my traveling comrades Tom Ferreira, Jean Stephens, Dr Robert Coles and Prasad Balakrishnan who brought and absorbed energy and awesome insights throughout our interactions with our USI teammates.#RSMUSI #RSMTalent #BeYouAtRSM #RSMCricket
