So you want to make aChinese dinnerand not sure where to start? Then I have the perfect easyChinese dinner recipes for familyand friends that can’t fail to impress your loved ones, bring on the lip-smacking flavour and not keep you in the kitchen all night.

What’s on the easy Chinese dinner menu?

We’re making Chinese Lamb, Cumin & Leek Stir-fry, Chinese Fried Cabbage and Chicken-y Ginger Rice… all at the same time! But don’t worry – it’s a lot simpler than it sounds. See what I mean and check out thevideo where I rustle up these simple Chinese recipes, otherwise read on to find out more and get the recipes…

This Chinese lamb stir-fry features the robust flavours of cumin and chilli, and is utterly divine (plus surprisingly quick to make). I like to use a tender cut of meat and keep the lamb pink in the middle, but you can absolutely cook it to your liking if you prefer.

Chinese Fried Cabbage

Cabbage is far from boring – it’s actually one of my favourite vegetables. This simple side dish recipe gets things nice and charry but also braised with a little bite. It’s one tasty way to embrace greens, plus pairs exceptionally well with our spicy lam stir-fry.

Chicken-y Ginger Rice

Want to know how to cook rice but also add more flavour? Here’s how. With subtle chicken and ginger undertones, this steamed rice is one big bowl of grown-up grains.
